The Challenge
Nestled in the Perth Hills bushland, the property had not had gutters serviced in over 18 months. Working with certified roof-safety equipment, our two-technician team manually scooped compacted sediment and organic sludge from 48 metres of perimeter guttering and three deep roof valleys. We cleared the blocked downpipes using high-pressure water jetting until full flow was restored to street soakwells, conducted a comprehensive visual pitch and bracket inspection, and finished with a full water flush test.
The Result
All gutters and downpipes were restored to 100% capacity with zero overflow. The technician flagged one loose bracket join and resealed it on the spot. All collected organic waste (over 65kg) was bagged and removed from the premises, leaving the owner completely protected heading into Perth's heavy winter rainfall.

Running hoses from the highest elevation confirms proper water gradient and validates that no hidden blockages remain in bends or elbows. During the test, our technician noticed minor water seepage from a sagging seam bracket on the eastern elevation.
